Ukraine has a well know and established international adoption program. World Links has a successful hosting program for older children from Ukraine, as well as a viable direct adoption program. Ukrainian adoption program is steadily-paced and convergent.

CHILDREN: Boys and girls 2 to 14 years old at the time of the referral, as well as siblings groups, are waiting for their permanent families.

PARENT REQUIREMENTS:

• Married couples may adopt.
• Applicants must be at least 25 years old to adopt.
• It is acceptable to have children already at home.
• There are no religious restrictions.
• Must be a US citizens.

REFERRAL TIME: You should receive a refferal within 9 to 12 months after your documents are registred in the country.
