GETS CONGRESSIONAL AWARD

On September 28th 2004, the Congressional Coalition on Adoption Institute held its annual Angels in Adoption Awards Gala in Washington, DC. World Links International Adoption Agency was one of the very few organizations nationwide to be recognized for its efforts bettering the lives of children across the world.

Representatives David Camp, (R) Michigan, and Jim Oberstar (D) Minnesota, of the United States Congress met with World Links' CEO Tatiana Suslin to present the Angels in Adoption certificate, and express their heartfelt thanks for all she does in uniting hundreds of orphans overseas with loving families in America.

Angels in Adoption is the only program that allows members of Congress to take an active role in selecting a constituent of their choice as an award recipient. Four people in Pennsylvania also received awards for their individual effort, but World Links International Adoption Agency was the only certified organization chosen in Pennsylvania.
