World Links International Adoption Agency is involved in ongoing negotiations with multiple employers throughout the United States in an effort to establish and grow employer funds available for adoption.

Your employer may have such a fund already set up, and all you need to do is contact your HR department. If your company has such a fund available, please let us know so we can add your company to our list and make sure your co-workers will be notified of such a fund should they ever contact us about adoption.

If your employer doesn't have an adoption fund, we can contact your employer and maybe we can convince them of its importance. A lot of employers are willing to set up adoption funds, or increase the current fund, they just don't realize the need that is currently there.
