Kyrgyzstan ratified the necessary documents in 2012 and in 2016 became a party to the Hague Convention. It’s a recent update, so some parts are currently under review, but we don’t foresee many changes.

Yes, World Links is Hague accredited accredited to work in Kyrgyzstan.

Kyrgyzstan is a sovereign country in Central Asia, just above China.

What are the parental requirements?

Must be under 60 years of age. Individuals or married couples. At least one applicant must be a US citizen.
